MH Visuals provides professional photography and profile positioning services designed to improve a client's presence on online dating platforms.
Services may include photography sessions, profile optimization, positioning strategy, styling guidance, and recommendations intended to improve dating profile performance.
Services may be purchased through full upfront payment, deposit with remaining balance, or payment plan arrangements depending on the package selected.
Due to the preparation, creative work, and time involved in delivering the service, all payments are final and non-refundable.
Results from the service depend significantly on the client's participation and effort. Clients agree to follow the system and recommendations provided by MH Visuals.

Failure to follow the system may void eligibility for any performance guarantee.
Certain services may include a performance-based guarantee related to dating outcomes when the system is followed correctly.
The guarantee period begins once the client receives their final photos, implements the recommended profile setup, and confirms that their profile is live. Clients are expected to complete this setup within 7 days of receiving their photos.
For the purpose of this service, a "date" is defined as a mutually agreed in-person meeting where both parties confirm a time and location after connecting through a dating app or social platform.
If the client follows the system and does not achieve the intended results, MH Visuals may continue working with the client for up to 30 days to assist them in achieving the expected outcome.
The guarantee is void if the client fails to follow participation requirements, modifies the system without consultation, or does not actively use the dating platforms.
Clients are responsible for selecting who they match with or pursue on dating platforms. Attraction, compatibility, and individual preferences are subjective and outside the control of MH Visuals.
The service focuses on improving profile positioning and opportunities for connection but cannot control the actions or behavior of other individuals on dating platforms.
MH Visuals may provide general recommendations relating to clothing, grooming, fitness, lifestyle, or personal presentation.
These suggestions are provided as general guidance intended to improve overall presentation and profile positioning.
Such recommendations are not medical, nutritional, or professional advice. Clients remain responsible for their personal choices and health decisions.
Clients agree to behave respectfully and lawfully during photoshoots and are responsible for their own actions and safety.
Photoshoots may take place in public or private environments. Locations are planned in advance but may change due to weather, crowds, access restrictions, or other factors outside the control of MH Visuals.
MH Visuals is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur during photoshoots unless caused by proven negligence.
Clients grant permission for MH Visuals to use photos from the session as well as images voluntarily provided by the client for marketing purposes, including portfolio examples and before-and-after comparisons.
Clients may request removal of marketing materials at any time by contacting MH Visuals in writing.
MH Visuals is not responsible for outcomes related to dating interactions, relationships, or the behavior of other individuals on dating platforms.

Services are only available to individuals aged 18 years or older.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
